This idea came from making bison pepperoni sticks with my brother last weekend. It only made sense to use the fantastic flavours in a greatly simplified preparation and what could be simpler than burger patties?
I’ve shown a patty here topped with mozzarella and plated on some simmered, canned, diced tomatoes with sautéed mushrooms and a chiffonade of basil. Frankly, I was too lazy to write the entire recipe and the patty is the only thing original here. I’m sure you can figure out the rest to make this amazing pizza in a bowl.
