Bison & Almonds

If you’re pressed for time, yet still want a healthy, homemade meal, this one fits the bill. Aside from the time required to prepare your ingredients (mise en place), this speedy stir-fry takes only six minutes of cooking. The almonds add a nice crunch and you could even use peanuts if that’s what you’ve got handy.

I won’t be posting any new recipes for the next week and a half, as I’ll be “conducting research” in New Orleans. That means I’ll be returning with plenty of ideas to channel into recipe creation. Wishing you a great start to 2013, I’ll see you soon!
